Footsport ® Combat At England Midlands Squad Training Session
Nino and Paul Cudworth travelled to Luton to deliver a Footsport®Combat session for the England Midlands Squad.

The innovative training system sat along side all of the other subjects delivered on the day. The Midlands Squad management team are very forward thinking and included areas such as nutrition, psychology and periodization. The coaches were very interested in the training methods and the innovative drills that really challenged the fighters mentally and physically.
Nino said “

it was great to see International and World Class fighters such as Davin Pack, Jason Legister, Paul Richards, Milo Hodge and Joe Mongan reacting to the system so positively. As seasoned fighters they would have seen it all, so I was overjoyed to here their comments at the end of the session. It means we are getting the balance of the programme right and the development is moving in the right direction. We are now in talks with the coach/management set up to organise a permanent programme for the Midlands fighters”.
