Performance Day at Manchester Utd FC Training Centre at Carrington

Manchester Utd FC invited the Footsport Team to visit the famous training centre at Carrington. It was a great opportunity to receive invaluable feedback from World Class Coaches and physiotherapist. The ground that was covered was varied, from movement drills to injury prevention and rehabilitation issues.

It was great to take some of the very talented players in the academy through some of the creative drills that have proven to be Footsports trade mark.

A large group of technical coaches, fitness coaches, physiotherapists and 1st team players watched as Joe Filho's players bravely involved themselves in complex drills. We were able to take the drills to a high level as Joe's philosophy regarding movement training and injury prevention synergised easily with the approach we have here at Footsport. Neil Hough (Physiotherapy) and Joe Filho (Technical Coach), made our day at Carrington an amazing experience and made us all feel very welcomed. I would like to thank Neil for his support and Joe for sharing some of the knowledge that he has gained from his many years in football.
